Our Founder

Sha'Rhonda Purifoy founded Dependable Care Support Services Inc in 2015. She is the oldest of 3 children. She was dedicated in helping take care of her great uncle who was diagnosed with Down Syndrome throughout her high school years. She started working in the field starting in 2004. She worked at The Arc of Putnam as a direct care staff of one of the assisted living facilities until 2007. In 2007, she moved to Jacksonville, Fl where she transferred her job from The Arc of Putnam to The Arc Jacksonville. There she enjoyed making a difference in the individuals that she served lives. She dedicated 13 plus years working at The Arc Jacksonville within the day programs and residential settings. As she grew, so did her vision for making a difference. Sha'Rhonda stepped out on faith and let her passion assist her with developing a company that provides individuals and families of individuals with a company that provides, strives, and excels in making a difference.
